# Can I change my plan mid-term?

There is one plan, so there's nothing to upgrade or downgrade to. What you can change mid-term is your seats, your credits and your modules — and each follows a simple rule.

## Mid-term changes at a glance

| Change | Mid-term? | How |
|---|---|---|
| **Add seats** | Yes, self-serve | **Add seats** — prorated to the end of your term |
| **Buy a credit pack** | Yes, self-serve | **Add credits → One-time top-up** — paid immediately |
| **Raise credits per user** | Yes, with a signed addendum | **Add credits → Add to subscription** |
| **Add a module** (Recording, Signature) | Yes, via sales | **Request to add** on the module card; signed addition, prorated |
| **Change commitment** (12 → 24 → 36 months) | At renewal, or by new order | Ask your account manager |
| **Reduce seats / drop a module** | At renewal, with notice | Ask your account manager |
| **Move to Enterprise** | Any time | Ask your account manager |

## How prorating works

Additions on an annual term are billed for the **months left in the term** and end with it (co-terminous), so everything renews on the same date. Example: 25 months left on a 36-month term at €54 → 2 seats × €54 × 25 = €2,700 on an immediate invoice.

## Seeing the change

Every addition shows up in the **Seat history** log or the **Addenda** section of your order, and as its own line on the invoice.
