# Contact widget

The **Contact** widget displays a person card with photo, title, and contact details. Use it for sections like "Your team" or "Key stakeholders".

## How to add

1. On the **floating build bar** at the bottom of the editor, locate the widget — in the primary widgets row, or under the **⌄ All widgets** popover if it's not there.
2. Drag the **Contact** widget onto the target section.
3. Pick a person:
   - **A room participant** (pulls from their profile — name, photo, title, LinkedIn, booking link). Internal or external — anyone already in the room.
   - **A manual entry** (type the details directly, no profile required)

## The selection pill — Contact controls

Click the Contact widget to select it. Left to right:

1. **Size** — dropdown with **Small / Medium / Large**.
2. **🌙 Dark mode** — flips the card to a dark treatment.
3. **Edit resource** (sliders icon) — opens the **Edit contact** popup (see below).
4. **🔄 Replace contact** (refresh icon) — shortcut to swap to a different person while preserving the card's design.
5. **Design** (paintbrush icon) — opens the contextual Design panel.
6. **⋮ More** — Edit contact (same as the sliders icon) · **Duplicate** · **Delete**.

(No Expand-on-click chip — contact cards have nothing to open fullscreen.)

## Edit contact — the details popup

Open via the sliders icon on the pill (or the same item in the ⋮ More menu). The popup ("Modifier le contact") lets you set:

- **Name**
- **Job title**
- **Profile picture** — upload or use the participant's avatar
- **Avatar color** — drives the card's top accent band and the fallback avatar background (picked via swatch or HSL)
- **Phone** — with a country dial-code dropdown
- **Email**
- **LinkedIn URL**
- **Book a slot** — typically a Calendly link
- **Replace contact** — button to swap to a different person without losing your card design

## What's displayed

- **Photo** (from profile or uploaded). The contact card also has an **avatar color** setting that drives:
  - the **top stripe / accent band** of the card (always — even when there's a photo)
  - the **fallback avatar background** when no photo is set (the initials sit on it)

  Pick a color that harmonizes a row of cards or matches your branding.
- **Name**
- **Job title**
- **LinkedIn** (clickable icon — opens the person's LinkedIn profile in a new tab)
- **Email** (clickable — opens the buyer's mail client)
- **Phone** (clickable — calls on mobile, opens the dialer/handler on desktop)
- **Booking link** (clickable — opens their calendar)

## Common use cases

### "Your team" section
Show your buyer who they'll work with on your side. Include:
- The **account executive**
- The **customer success manager** (once assigned)
- The **solutions engineer**
- The **executive sponsor**

### "Stakeholders" section (buyer-side)
Show the key stakeholders from the buyer's side — their champion, procurement, legal. Useful for aligned action plans.

### "Contact us"
A single contact card with your primary point of contact.

## Keeping profiles current

## Multiple contacts in one section

Stack multiple Contact widgets for a team view. Tidier than one giant block.
