# Downloading invoices

Every invoice Katalyz issues is listed in your billing history, synced from Stripe, with a download link.

> ⚠️ Requires org role **Admin**.

## Access your invoices

1. Go to **Settings → Workspace → Plan & Billing**.
2. Scroll to **Billing history** (*Synced from Stripe*).

Each row shows the **Invoice** number, **Issued** and **Due** dates, a **Description** (plan year, onboarding, seat expansion, credit pack…), the **Amount**, a **Status** and a **Download** link.

## Statuses

| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Paid** | Settled. The PDF doubles as your receipt. |
| **Open** | Issued, not yet paid — auto-charged on the due date for card/SEPA, or awaiting your transfer. |
| **Overdue** | Open and past its due date. A banner appears at the top of Katalyz. |
| **Draft** | Being prepared, not yet payable. |
| **Void** | Cancelled and replaced. |
| **Uncollectible** | Written off after the dunning period. |

## Download

Click **Download** on a row to open the invoice PDF hosted by Stripe. It contains your company's billing details, Katalyz's legal entity, line items, taxes and the total. Save it locally or forward it to your finance team.

## Reference numbers and reissues

PO numbers and other references come from your order form. If an invoice needs a different reference or a correction, email **contact@katalyz.co** with the invoice number — we reissue it.
