# How signature pricing works

Katalyz Signature is a **module** billed per user, not per document. Once it's on your plan, your team can send as many envelopes as it needs — there is no credit to count.

## The basics

- **€20 per user per month**, for every user on your Core plan
- **No per-envelope cost** — one signer or ten, one document or five, sequential or parallel
- **No credits** — signature envelopes never touch your AI credit balance
- **Never discounted** — the commitment scale applies to the Core plan only

## What "an envelope" is

An envelope is one signing package: one or more documents (PDF or Word), one or more recipients (signers, approvers, followers), one deadline and one signing order. You create them from the **Signatures** page or from a signature widget inside a room — see [Adding a signature block](https://katalyz.crisp.help/en/article/adding-a-signature-block-to-a-room-u85qg0/).

## Getting the module

Go to **Settings → Workspace → Plan & Billing → Modules**. If Katalyz Signature shows **Request to add**, click it: our team adds the module to your contract and it appears on your next invoice. Once active the card reads **Included**.

## If you already use another e-signature tool

The connectors to third-party e-signature providers are part of Core at no extra cost. Katalyz Signature is for teams that want the signature to live **inside the room**, on the deal it belongs to.
