# Inviting a new member

Adding someone to your Katalyz workspace takes about 30 seconds. Here's how.

> ⚠️ Requires org role **Admin**.

## Invite a new member

1. Go to **Settings → Members**.
2. Click **+ Add user** in the top right.
3. Fill in the required fields:
   - **First name** *
   - **Last name** *
   - **Email** *
   - **Role** * — Admin, Pro, or Basic
4. Optionally fill in profile details that will appear on their contact card:
   - **Job title**
   - **Phone number** (with country code)
   - **LinkedIn**
   - **Booking link** (e.g. Calendly, HubSpot Meetings)
   - **Profile picture**
5. Click **Send invitation**.

The new member gets a magic-link email inviting them to Katalyz. They click, they're in.

## What happens after invitation

Until they accept, the member shows in your list with an **"Invitation pending"** badge (orange warning icon next to their name).

If they don't respond, you can resend the invitation:
1. Click their row to open the edit modal.
2. Click **Resend invitation**.

## Bulk invitations

Today, you add members one at a time. For teams of 10+, contact **contact@katalyz.co** — we can bulk-import from a spreadsheet.

## Good data upfront saves time later

The profile details you add now (job title, LinkedIn, booking link, profile picture) power the **Contact widget** in rooms — it's how your buyer sees "Your team at Katalyz" at a glance.

Reps often skip filling these in. Don't let them. A rep's booking link in particular is the kind of detail that converts a great room into a booked meeting — it's worth a few seconds of setup.

## Member limits

The number of members you can invite depends on your plan:

- **Standard plan** — minimum 5 seats
- **Premium plan** — minimum 5 seats
