# Katalyz AI: what's included

AI is part of the Core plan — there is no separate AI module. This page maps every AI capability, where it lives, and whether it uses credits.

## Shaping the AI for your workspace

Admins can give the assistant permanent context and control spend in **Settings → Workspace → AI settings**:

- **AI context** — instructions and knowledge files read before every answer and generation
- **Analysis prompts** — how the **Executive summary** is written and what the **Health score** weighs
- **AI credits** — a per-user monthly cap and the low-balance alert

## Health score and executive summary

Every room's **Activity** tab opens with a **Deal Overview**: a **Deal Health** gauge (0–100, with a trend vs. last week), an **AI Summary** paragraph describing where the deal stands, and **Recommended Actions** you can tick off. Both analyses follow your workspace prompts and sync to HubSpot or Salesforce as *Katalyz health score* and *Katalyz AI executive summary*. ## Who can use AI

- **Members** with an editing role in a room (Owner, Editor) see Ask AI, suggestions and auto-fill inside that room.
- **Admins and Pros** can generate rooms and templates.
- **Buyers** never see AI: nothing AI-related appears in presentation mode or to external visitors.

## Privacy

The assistant works on your room content, activity metadata, recordings and the context you give it. Your data is not used to train shared models and stays isolated to your workspace.
