# Modules: Katalyz Recording and Katalyz Signature

The Core plan covers the whole platform, including AI, enrichment and the connectors to your existing recorder and e-signature tools. Two capabilities are sold as optional **modules**, priced per user per month on top of Core: Katalyz's own **Recording** and its own **Signature**.

## The two modules

| Module | Price | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| **Katalyz Recording** | **€25** / user / month | Meetings recorded and transcribed by the Katalyz notetaker, attached to the right deal, with the signals surfaced in the room and your CRM. Transcription draws on your AI credits. |
| **Katalyz Signature** | **€20** / user / month | Contracts signed inside the room, on the deal they belong to, without sending anyone to another tool. No credits involved. |

Modules are **per seat**: the price applies to every user on the plan. They attach to Core and can't be bought standalone. They are **never discounted** — the commitment scale applies to Core only.

## What you don't need a module for

- **AI** (Ask AI, room generation, summaries, health score, suggestions) — included in Core, uses credits.
- **Contact and company enrichment** — included in Core, uses credits.
- **Embedding recordings** from Gong, Modjo or Claap — the connectors are in Core.
- **E-signature via your existing provider** — the connector is in Core.

You only need a module when you want Katalyz's **native** recorder or **native** in-room signature.

## Seeing and adding modules

Go to **Settings → Workspace → Plan & Billing → Modules**. Each module card shows its price and description, plus:

- **Included** — the module is on your plan.
- **Request to add** — click to contact sales. Modules are contract-managed: nothing changes until the addition is signed, then it appears on your next invoice.

## What happens when a module is removed

- **Recording** — the notetaker stops joining calls. Existing recordings and transcripts stay in your workspace.
- **Signature** — you can no longer send new envelopes. Envelopes already sent complete normally; signed documents stay available.
