# Page title options

Every page has a **name** — set from the navigation tree on the left and shown in the room header. The **page title** feature lets you also display that same name as a large heading at the top of the page content, and style how it looks. It's the same text — the toggle just decides whether it also appears inside the page body.

## Show or hide the page title

Toggle the title on or off from the **floating build bar** at the bottom of the editor: click the dedicated **Title** button (the "T" icon, with the tooltip *Show title*).

- **On** → the page name is rendered as a heading at the top of the page content.
- **Off** → the page content starts without that heading. The page name in the header and the nav tree is unaffected.

## Open the title options popover

Once the title is shown, **click it** in edit mode to open the styling popover. The popover only applies when the title is visible.

## The controls

The popover exposes five settings:

### Font

A dropdown of font families:

- **Default** — inherits from the workspace / template theme.
- **Manrope**
- **Arial**
- **Georgia**
- **Helvetica**
- **Times New Roman**
- **Courier**
- **Verdana**

Each option previews in its own typeface in the dropdown.

### Size

A number input in **px**. Leave empty to use the theme default (30 px).

### Color

A color picker with a hex input. Leave empty to inherit the theme's default text color.

### Show divider

Toggle for the horizontal line under the title. On = divider shown, off = no divider. Default: on.

### Hide title

The same show/hide toggle as the **Title** button on the build bar. Off = title removed from the page content. Default: on.

## Where these settings live

Title styling is stored on the **page** object, not on a separate theme layer. That means:

- Changes are immediate; no save button.
- Each page tracks its own font / size / color / divider / hidden state.
- Duplicating a page duplicates its title styling.
- Saving the page as part of a template includes the title styling — rooms created from the template inherit it.

## When to override

- **Hero pages** — pump the size up, switch to a display font, hide the divider for a cleaner look.
- **Internal / utility pages** — keep the default; consistency matters more than design flair.
- **Pages with a strong cover** — hide the title entirely if the cover already carries the headline.
- **Mixed brand rooms** — match the buyer's brand typography on key pages while keeping internal pages on your default.
