# Reviewing AI suggestions

The assistant doesn't only answer when asked. After a call, when activity changes or when you ask it to look at a room, it can **propose edits**: update a block, rewrite a section, add a new section. Nothing is applied on its own — every suggestion waits for your review.

## Where suggestions appear

- **In a room** — open the Ask AI panel. A banner reads **"N suggestions awaiting review"** with a **Review →** link. The panel's **Suggestions** view lists them.
- **On the Home page** — the **Suggestions for you** widget shows pending suggestions across your rooms, with a **See all** link that opens the panel.

## The Suggestions view

- Tabs: **Pending** (with a count), **History**, **All**.
- A search box and, when suggestions span several rooms or deals, context chips to filter by room.

## Anatomy of a suggestion card

Each card shows:

- A **title** and a one-line **reason** ("why the assistant proposes this")
- A **context chip** with the room name
- When it was prepared ("Just now", "12m ago", "3d ago")
- The **proposed content**

### Actions
- **View in room** — jump to the section or block concerned.
- **Edit** — adjust the proposed text before applying (**Save** / **Cancel**).
- **Accept** — apply the change to the room. The card shows **Applying…** then **Applied**.
- **Discard** — reject it. The card moves to History as **Discarded**.

After accepting you get **Undo** (restores the previous content) and **View update**.

> Undo is available for updates to existing blocks and sections. A suggestion that **added** a new section can't be undone from the card — delete the section in the editor instead.

## When a suggestion can't be applied

A suggestion is prepared against the room as it was at that moment. If the room changed in between, **Accept** is disabled and the card explains why:

| Message | Meaning |
|---|---|
| *This block / section has been edited since the suggestion was prepared* | Someone edited the target. Re-ask the assistant on the current content. |
| *The page structure has changed since this suggestion was prepared* | Sections were added, moved or removed. |
| *Anchor section was removed* | The section the suggestion pointed to no longer exists. |
| *Page / Section / Block no longer exists* | The target was deleted. |

Old suggestions (more than a day) are dimmed but still valid.

## Where suggestions come from

- **You asked** — a conversation in the Ask AI panel produced a change you can apply.
- **A recording** — after a meeting is transcribed, the assistant can propose updates to the linked room.
- **Proactively** — from room activity (for example a pricing page viewed several times with no follow-up).

Reviewing suggestions is **free** — it never uses credits.
