# The Core plan: what's included

Katalyz has **one plan: Core**. It includes the whole deal-room experience — rooms, AI, CRM, email and calendar, analytics — for a per-user price that goes down with the length of your commitment. Two optional **modules** (Recording and Signature) can be added on top, and teams above 30 users move to an **Enterprise** contract.

## What Core includes

- **Unlimited rooms**
- **AI room generation** — describe a room and let AI assemble it
- **150 AI credits per user per month**, pooled across the account
- **Automatic summaries, health score, recommendations** on every room
- **Salesforce and HubSpot** CRM integration
- **Email and calendar integration for every user**
- **Templates and content library**
- **Buyer engagement analytics**
- **Roles and permissions**
- **Chat support**

Contact enrichment, the external meeting-recorder connectors (Gong, Modjo, Claap) and the e-signature connectors are all part of Core: plug in the tools you already have at no extra cost, or take Katalyz's own modules below.

## Price and commitment

The list price is **€90 per user per month**, for a minimum of **5 users**. The only discount is the **commitment scale** — public, identical for everyone, never negotiated: the longer the term, the lower the per-user price, and paying a year upfront lowers it further.

The price you earn holds at renewal. Modules and extra credits are never discounted.

Your Plan & Billing page shows the saving applied: *"You're saving 33% on the €90 list price with your commitment."*

## Optional modules

| **Katalyz Recording** | €25 / user / month | Katalyz's own notetaker: meetings recorded and transcribed, attached to the right deal, signals surfaced in the room and your CRM |
| **Katalyz Signature** | €20 / user / month | Contracts signed inside the room, on the deal they belong to |

## Enterprise

Above **30 users**, or for a tailored setup (custom terms, flat annual pricing not tied to seats, dedicated onboarding), your account manager prepares an **Enterprise** contract on quote.

## How you get started

Katalyz is sold by our team, not by self-serve checkout:

1. **Book a demo** at **katalyz.co**.
2. Your workspace typically opens with a **free trial period** (by default 14 days, up to 3 users, 3 rooms and 100 AI credits) so your team can try it — no card required.
3. Our team prepares your offer (commitment, seats, modules). You **sign the order form** electronically, **pay the first invoice**, and the subscription goes live.
