• Deeper Salesforce integration — field sync parity with HubSpot
• Improved analytics dashboard — cross-room engagement signals

Signatures

• Bulk signing — send the same envelope to multiple rooms at once (useful for mass renewals)

AI everywhere

AI room generation, the Ask AI assistant and AI suggestions shipped in September 2026 — see What's new: AI across Katalyz. Next: proactive suggestions triggered by CRM changes, and AI-drafted buyer messages inside rooms.

New widgets

• Battle card — competitive positioning widget
• Before / After — visual comparison slider
• Chart / KPI — data widgets for quantitative stories (Table widget already shipped — see Table widget)

Platform

• White-label domain — serve your rooms from rooms.yourcompany.com with full custom certificates
• Public API — programmatic room creation, activity queries, and envelope management

Long-term (vision)

• Multi-language rooms — one room, multiple localized versions tied to the buyer's language
• Advanced personalization — conditional content that adapts to segments and deal stage
• Deal forecasting — close probability based on room activity, building on the health score

How we decide what to build

Roadmap priority is set by three signals:

1. Customer demand — what we hear from support, sales, and direct customer interviews
2. Strategic direction — what moves Katalyz toward being the best deal-room platform
3. Technical readiness — what the foundations can support without compromising reliability
