September 2026: AI across Katalyz, one Core plan, signature templates

The summer release brings the Katalyz assistant to every part of the product, simplifies plans to a single Core offer, and adds reusable signature templates. Here's what changed and where to read more.


AI


  • Ask AI — a round launcher bottom-right of every page opens the assistant. Inside a room, select any section or block and use Ask AI about this to have it edited in context. Chatting is free. → Ask AI
  • Generate a room with AI — on the last step of room creation, choose AI-powered creation, give a brief, resources and meetings, pick a quality level (Fast 3 · Balanced 5 · Maximum 10 credits) and let it build. Generation runs in a corner card while you keep working. → Generating a room with AI

  • AI suggestions — proposed edits you accept, edit or discard, never applied on their own. → Reviewing AI suggestions
  • Auto-fill room fields from recordings — deal value, stage, stakeholders and your custom fields filled from the transcript, each traceable and undoable. → Auto-filling room fields
  • A new Home page — a daily briefing with four flows: create a room, what needs my attention, summarize today's meetings, draft a follow-up. → Your Home page and AI assistant
  • AI settings for admins — workspace context and knowledge files, executive-summary and health-score prompts, per-user credit caps. → AI settings
  • The AI block widget is retired. AI is now an action on your content, not a kind of content.


Plans & billing


  • One plan: Core at €90 per user per month, with a public commitment scale (24 months −27%/−33%, 36 months −30%/−40%). AI, enrichment, email & calendar for every user are all included, with 150 AI credits per user per month. → The Core plan
  • Two modules: Katalyz Recording (€25/user/month) and Katalyz Signature (€20/user/month). Signature envelopes no longer use credits. → Modules
  • Self-serve seats and credits — add seats, buy credit packs, or raise your monthly credits with a signed addendum, all from Plan & Billing. Payment method via a Stripe-hosted form; invoices synced from Stripe. → Buying more credits
  • Free credits for a G2 review (+50) or a LinkedIn follow (+25) from the sidebar.


Signatures


  • Signature templates — reusable envelopes with roles instead of people, filled in each time they're used. → Signature templates
  • Word documents as a first-class format, with anchor codes for fields, next to fixed-layout PDFs. → PDF fields vs Word codes
  • A redesigned Signatures page (Pending · My inbox · Completed) and a 5-step envelope editor.


Rooms & collaboration


  • One room-creation flow — template, details (with org custom fields you can pin), then build method. Bulk creation is a row in the details step. → Creating a room
  • Comments now open from the top bar and attach to a section you pick; pills sit in the section's right margin. → Comments & mentions
  • Email-style messages with To, Subject and a per-message private toggle. → Messages
  • New widgets: Board, Scheduler, Video bubble. → Widget launches
  • A simpler external login (email only), an optional "introduce yourself" prompt, and a first-visit tour for buyers.
