Disconnecting an integration

If you need to remove or re-authenticate an integration, here's how.

⚠️ Requires org role Admin for workspace-level integrations.

Disconnect

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Find the integration.
  3. Click Disconnect.
  4. Confirm.

The integration is immediately disconnected. Katalyz's OAuth token (or API key) is revoked.

What happens when you disconnect

CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Sync stops immediately
  • Existing data already synced stays in Katalyz
  • New changes don't flow between systems
  • Field values shown in Field widgets that depend on CRM data may go stale

Email / Calendar (Google, Microsoft)

  • Meeting widget availability stops refreshing
  • Email threading stops pulling new messages
  • Katalyz Recording stops joining new meetings
  • Existing data remains in place

Slack

  • New notifications stop posting
  • Existing Slack messages stay in your history

Meeting intelligence (Claap, Modjo, Gong)

  • New recordings stop flowing in
  • Recordings already embedded in rooms continue to work (they're just links to the source)

Enrichment

Enrichment is delivered via the Katalyz Enrichment module — there's no separate connection to disconnect. To stop using enrichment, disable the Katalyz Enrichment module from Settings → Plan & billing → Add-ons instead.

Re-authenticating vs. disconnecting

Re-authenticate when OAuth tokens expire or permissions changed:

  1. Click Reconnect on the integration
  2. Re-authorize in the external tool

This preserves all existing configuration (mappings, sync settings, etc.).

Disconnect when you want to fully remove the integration and all its config:

  • Disconnect
  • Your mappings and sync configuration are lost
  • Reconnecting later starts from scratch
