Credits & add-on modules at a glance
Most of what Katalyz does is included in your plan. But a few advanced features — AI intelligence, contact enrichment, e-signature, meeting recording — are delivered through add-on modules, which use a credit-based usage model.
This article is a quick overview. Full details live in [Plans, billing & add-ons](→ 07-plans-billing/03-add-on-modules/01-what-are-add-on-modules).
What's included in your plan
Your Standard or Premium plan covers:
- Unlimited rooms
- Unlimited widgets (except add-on ones)
- Unlimited buyers
- All integrations (CRM, email, calendar, Slack, meeting intelligence)
- Branding & templates
- Activity & analytics
- Tasks & collaboration
Basically: the entire deal room experience, minus the bits below.
What requires credits
Module | What it does | Credit cost |
|---|---|---|
Katalyz Intelligence | Health scores, auto-summaries, AI recommendations | 1 request = 1 credit |
Katalyz Enrichment | Auto-enrich contacts & companies from the web | 1 email = 1 credit · 1 phone = 2 credits |
Katalyz Signature | Legally binding electronic signatures | 1 signature = 2 credits |
Katalyz Recording | Meeting recording + transcript (Premium plan) | Included in Expert — no credits |
How you get credits
Add-on modules are bundled: €40 per user per month, 20 credits per user included. Credits are pooled at the workspace level — your team shares one bucket.
Each new user also gets a one-time 30-credit welcome bonus the first time they're added, so they can try AI features right away.
Example: a team of 5 pays €200/month and has 100 credits per month, plus a one-shot 150-credit boost on first onboarding (5 × 30).
You can top up if you run out. See [Buying more credits](→ 07-plans-billing/03-add-on-modules/07-buying-more-credits).
Do credits roll over?
Credits are valid for 60 days from the day they're issued. In practice, this gives you a one-cycle rollover — if you don't use this month's credits, you still have them available next month. After 60 days, unused credits expire.
Which modules do I have?
Check Settings → Plan & billing. Your active modules are listed there. Admins can add or remove modules at any time.
Which module should I turn on first?
- If you send contracts or order forms — enable Signature.
- If your reps manually research buyers before calls — enable Enrichment.
- If you want AI-assisted deal insights — enable Intelligence.
- Recording is on by default on the Premium plan.
