Welcome to Katalyz
Katalyz is where your deals happen. Instead of scattering proposals, decks, contracts, and meeting notes across email threads and shared drives, Katalyz gives every deal its own branded room — a single link your buyer opens to find everything in one place. You get full visibility into what they look at, when, and for how long. Built for Sales and Customer Success teams (and just as useful for Partnerships), Katalyz is designed to feel like a natural extension of your brand. Your bSome readersLogging in with a magic link
Katalyz doesn't use passwords. Ever. Logging in is done through a magic link sent to your email — you click, you're in. How Katalyz is organized
Understanding how Katalyz is structured makes everything else easier. There are four nested layers, from biggest to smallest. Workspace Your company's Katalyz account. One company = one workspace. Everything lives here: Rooms Members Templates and content library Branding (logo, colors, fonts) Integrations Billing Admins configure the workspace. Everyone else works inside it. A room is the centerpiece of Katalyz. It's a branded, web-based space you create for one specific deal, customer, or project — and share with your buyer via a single link. A room can hold one or multiple pages, each with its own sections and widgets. A widget is a building block of content inside a room. Text, images, videos, CTAs, signatures, meetings — each is a widget. Why widgets (and not just text)? You could build a proposal with just text and images, like a Google Doc. Two very different kinds of people use Katalyz. Understanding the difference makes permissions, sharing, and billing a lot clearer. Katalyz has two independent permission layers: an org role that applies across your whole workspace, and a room role that applies inside a single room. Both exist because they do different jobs. A magic link is a unique URL, sent to your email, that logs you in with a single click. No password. No signup. No friction. This is how Katalyz handles all authentication — for both members of your workspace and external buyers opening a room. How magic links work You (or your buyer) enter your email address — at login, or when you open a room that requires authorization. Katalyz sends you a one-time email with a link. You click the link.
