Updating billing information

Your payment method is set by you through a secure Stripe-hosted form; your company details and contract terms are managed by your Katalyz account manager. Here's what lives where.

⚠️ Requires org role Admin. Everything below is in Settings → Workspace → Plan & Billing → Billing & payment.

Payment method

The Billing & payment card shows your saved method — for example SEPA Direct Debit · IBAN ••••1234 or a card brand and last four digits — synced from Stripe. Bank transfer (wire) shows paid manually on terms — no auto-debit.

To change it:

  1. Click Update payment method.
  2. Pick a method among those allowed on your contract — Card, SEPA Direct Debit or Bank transfer — and enter the details in the Stripe form.
  3. Click Save payment method. You'll see Payment method saved.

The next invoice uses the new method.

How and when invoices are paid

  • Card and SEPA are charged automatically on the invoice date.
  • Bank transfer has net payment terms (for example Net 30 days), shown on the plan card as Renews … · Net 30 days.
  • Most contracts are invoiced annually, upfront; the Payment terms tile on the plan card states your terms.

Security deposit

If your contract includes a deposit (typical with bank transfer), the card shows it — amount, Collected by card, whether it's credited to first invoice, and its pending / paid status.

Company details, billing contact, VAT

Legal entity, billing address, VAT number, PO number and the signatory are part of your order form. To change them, contact your account manager or contact@katalyz.co; updated details apply to the next invoice.

Overdue invoices

When an invoice is past due, a banner reads "You have an overdue invoice — please complete payment to keep your account active" with a Review billing link. Reminders go out for the grace period stated in your contract (typically 14 days); after that the workspace is suspended until payment clears.
