The Core plan: what's included
Katalyz has one plan: Core. It includes the whole deal-room experience — rooms, AI, CRM, email and calendar, analytics — for a per-user price that goes down with the length of your commitment. Two optional modules (Recording and Signature) can be added on top, and teams above 30 users move to an Enterprise contract. With a single plan there is no "upgrade" or "downgrade". What you can change is your commitment, your seats, your credits and your modules — and, past 30 users, whether you move to Enterprise. Your subscription is managed by contract with Katalyz, so some changes are self-serve and others go through your account manager. ⚠️ Requires org role Admin. Seats & billing
Adding seats
A seat is a paid user licence on your Core plan. Admins can add seats themselves from Plan & Billing; reductions apply at renewal. ⚠️ Requires org role Admin. Your payment method is set by you through a secure Stripe-hosted form; your company details and contract terms are managed by your Katalyz account manager. Katalyz subscriptions are term contracts (12, 24 or 36 months). Cancelling means not renewing at the end of the term, with notice. Every invoice Katalyz issues is listed in your billing history, synced from Stripe, with a download link. ⚠️ Requires org role Admin. Access your invoices Go to Settings → Workspace → Plan & Billing. The Core plan covers the whole platform, including AI, enrichment and the connectors to your existing recorder and e-signature tools. Running low before the month is over, or planning a burst of AI room generation? Admins can add credits in two ways from the Plan & Billing page — a one-time pack paid now, or a permanent raise of the credits included in your plan.
