Can I change my plan mid-term?
There is one plan, so there's nothing to upgrade or downgrade to. What you can change mid-term is your seats, your credits and your modules — and each follows a simple rule.

How prorating works
Additions on an annual term are billed for the months left in the term and end with it (co-terminous), so everything renews on the same date. Example: 25 months left on a 36-month term at €54 → 2 seats × €54 × 25 = €2,700 on an immediate invoice.
Seeing the change
Every addition shows up in the Seat history log or the Addenda section of your order, and as its own line on the invoice.
