How do I add more seats?

The key thing: you can't add seats yourself today. You can invite users up to the seat quota already provisioned on your workspace. To increase that quota, reach out to our team.


🛠️ Self-serve coming soon. Adding seats directly from the billing panel is on the roadmap. Until then, contacting support is the official path.


Invite within the available seats


If your workspace still has free seats, you can invite new members normally:


  1. Go to Settings → Members.
  2. Click + Add user.
  3. Fill in their info and pick a role (Admin, Pro, or Basic).
  4. Send the invitation.

Basic seats are free and unlimited — you can add as many as you want without touching the paid quota.


When you need more paid seats


If you've hit your plan's Admin/Pro seat quota and need more, email contact@katalyz.co with:


  • How many extra Admin/Pro seats
  • When you need them by


We adjust the quota and billing is prorated on your next cycle. Standard pricing: €70/user on Standard, €100/user on Premium.


Changing an existing member's role


If you just want to switch an existing Basic to Pro (or vice versa) without touching the overall quota:


  1. Settings → Members → click the member's row
  2. Edit their Role
  3. Save


If promoting to Pro would push you past your current paid-seat quota, you'll need to contact us first to raise it. See Changing a person's org role.


Seat minimum


Both Standard and Premium plans have a 5 paid-seat minimum (Admin + Pro). Basic seats are free and don't count toward this minimum.
