How enrichment credits work
Enrichment is included in the Core plan and draws on your workspace's shared credit balance.
What a lookup costs
The cost depends on what the lookup returns — an email address, a phone number, or a company record — so enriching a contact that comes back with both an email and a phone costs more than one that returns an email alone.
Rates are set on your plan rather than in this article, because they change. To see the current ones, open Settings → Workspace → Plan & Billing → AI Credits, or ask your account manager.
When credits are charged
- When the lookup completes — charged only if data is returned.
- Not charged when the lookup returns no results (generally).
Where to see your balance
The AI side panel shows how much of this month's allowance is left; Settings → Workspace → Plan & Billing → AI Credits shows the exact balance. See How credits work.
One enrichment provider
There's only one enrichment path in Katalyz today — Katalyz Enrichment, included in Core. There's no separate "bring your own enrichment provider" mode.
