How enrichment credits work

Enrichment uses credits from your workspace's Modules pool. Here's what a lookup costs.

Cost per lookup

• 1 email = 1 credit
• 1 phone number = 2 credits
• 1 company lookup = 1 credit

If a single contact lookup returns both an email and a phone, you're charged 3 credits (1 + 2).

When credits are charged

• When the lookup completes — charged only if data is returned
• Not charged — when the lookup returns no results (generally)

Where to see usage

Settings → Plan & billing → Add-ons — shows credits used by module, including Enrichment breakdown.

One enrichment provider

There's only one enrichment path in Katalyz today — the Katalyz Enrichment module. There's no separate "bring your own enrichment provider" mode.
