Scheduler widget
The Scheduler widget is an inline booking card: buyers pick a day and a time slot inside the room, and the meeting lands on your calendar. No Calendly tab, no email ping-pong — the ask ("let's talk next week") and the answer live in the same place as the proposal.
Not to be confused with the Meeting widget, which embeds a meeting that already exists (with its recording and summary).
Before you start — connect your calendar
The scheduler produces real availability only for people whose calendar integration is connected. Until then the widget shows an empty state: Connect your calendar — "Link your calendar integration to let people book time with you directly from this room." — with a Connect calendar button in edit mode. Connect Google or Microsoft from Settings → Account → Profile (an Admin must have enabled the integration for the workspace first). See Connecting your email.
How to add
- On the floating build bar at the bottom of the editor, open the ⌄ All widgets popover and locate Scheduler.
- Drag it onto the target section.
- Fill in the card's left side (see Options). The right side — the day strip and slots — is generated from the meeting length.

Options
All editable directly on the card in edit mode:
Field | What it is | Default |
|---|---|---|
Meeting title | What the buyer is booking (Intro call, Technical deep-dive, Pricing review) | Intro call |
Duration | Slot length — 15, 30, 45 or 60 min. Changing it regenerates the slot grid. | 30 min |
Host name | Who the buyer will meet (with Sarah Lee) | You |
Location / video link | Where the call happens — a Google Meet / Teams link, a phone number, an address | Google Meet |
Slots are offered on the next five working days, between 9:00 and 17:00, stepped by the duration.
What buyers see
A two-part card:
- Left — the meeting title, 30 min meeting, with {host} and the location.
- Right — a day strip (Choose a day: weekday + date for the next five working days) and the available time slots for the selected day. Days with nothing free read "No times available this day."
The buyer clicks a slot — the button turns from Select a time into Confirm 10:30 AM — and confirms. The card switches to You're booked, showing the title, duration, date and time, with a Reschedule button that clears the booking and shows the picker again.

When to use
- Next step after the proposal — put the scheduler right under the pricing section: "Questions? Grab 30 minutes."
- Discovery to demo — a Technical deep-dive scheduler on the page where you describe the product.
- Onboarding kickoff — the CSM's scheduler in the handoff room, so the customer books the kickoff themselves.
- Multiple hosts — one scheduler per person (AE, SE, CSM), each with its own title, in a Bento grid.
Tips
- Name the meeting from the buyer's point of view (Get your pricing questions answered), not yours (Follow-up call).
- Keep one scheduler per page. Two competing "book a slot" cards read as indecision.
- If a buyer tells you the card says Connect your calendar, your integration has been disconnected — the sidebar Get started checklist will show Reconnect your email & calendar.
- The Contact widget still carries your external booking link (Calendly, Cal.com…). Use the Scheduler when you want the booking to happen in the room; keep the contact-card link as the fallback in your signature block.
