Social media links
Add your company's social media profiles so they appear consistently in the footer of Katalyz emails sent from your workspace (invitations, notifications).
⚠️ Requires org role Admin. Go to Settings → Branding → Social Media Links.
Supported platforms
Katalyz has dedicated fields for:
- Website (your main company website URL)
Where these links appear
Today, these links are only used in Katalyz emails sent from your workspace (invitations, notifications) — they appear in the email footer next to your branding.
They are not shown inside rooms themselves, on contact cards, or anywhere else in the product.
What to enter
Paste the full URL to each profile:

If you don't have a presence on a given platform, leave the field blank — Katalyz won't render the icon.
Keep URLs updated
Social handles change. Set a calendar reminder every 6 months to make sure these still point to your active profiles — especially if your company rebrands or consolidates accounts.
