Room themes
Room themes are named, reusable bundles of visual settings — header, typography, colors, section and page defaults — that you apply to your rooms. One theme is always the workspace default, used by every new room.
⚠️ Requires org role Admin. Go to Settings → Branding → Room Themes.
Managing themes
The Room Themes section lists every theme in the workspace. The theme currently marked Default carries a star badge. Click a row to select it and open its editor below.
Create Theme (top-right of the section) adds a new theme. Each row also has:

Nothing is live until you click Save changes in the bar at the bottom of the page. Cancel reverts.
What a theme contains
Selecting a theme opens Edit: (theme name) with five collapsible panels:
- Header — layout and behavior of the room header: overlay mode, show title, show shadow, show sections, font size, background colors before and on scroll, text colors.
- Typography — the three font slots (Navbar / Headings / Text) and the default font size. See Typography.
- Color Palette — Primary (Buttons & Icons), Secondary, Accent, Background and Text, with gradient support on the first three and a contrast badge on Text. See Color palette.
- Section Defaults — margins, padding, dimensions, border and shadow, and background color applied to new sections.
- Page Defaults — the background color for room pages.
The Design panel inside a room
Inside a room (or the template editor), the Design icon in the left sidebar opens a per-room Design panel with its own Header, Color Palette, Typography, Page Defaults and Section Defaults sections. That panel edits that room's look — the workspace theme is where you set what every new room starts from.
The cascade is: workspace theme → template → room. The most specific level wins.
