Inviting a new member
Adding someone to your Katalyz workspace takes about 30 seconds. Here's how. ⚠️ Requires org role Admin. Invite a new member Go to Settings → Members. Click + Add user in the top right. Every member of your Katalyz workspace has an org role — their workspace-wide permission level. There are three org roles, and choosing the right one matters both for security and for billing. ⚠️ Only Admins can assign or change org roles. As people's responsibilities shift, their org role should too. Promoting a rep to admin, or downgrading a departing employee's access — both take about 10 seconds. ⚠️ Requires org role Admin. Change an org role Go to Settings → Members. Click the row of the member whose role you want to change. In the edit modal, update the Role dropdown. Click Save changes. When someone leaves the company or no longer needs Katalyz access, remove them from the workspace. Done right, this is a clean handoff with no lost work. ⚠️ Requires org role Admin. Your organization profile
Your organization profile is the top-level identity of your Katalyz workspace — the name and domain your team operates under. It's set once by an admin and applies to every room in the workspace. ⚠️ Requires org role Admin. Access the settings Go to Settings → General. Every notification Katalyz sends to your buyers (invitations, magic links, comment alerts, signature requests, etc.) goes out from a sender email address that you configure at the workspace level. There are two setups depending on your plan. Branding
Brand assets — tagline, logo, icon
Your workspace branding is what makes a Katalyz room feel like your product, not a generic portal. Buyers notice. Here's how to set it up. ⚠️ Requires org role Admin. Creating custom properties
Custom properties let you extend Katalyz's data model with fields that match how your business actually operates — deal amounts, close dates, prospect scores, industries, or anything else you want to track per-room. Once your CRM is connected to Katalyz, you control exactly what syncs between the two systems from Settings → HubSpot (or Settings → Salesforce).
