Using the buyer's logo

A co-branded room — your logo alongside your buyer's — signals partnership rather than vendor relationship. Worth doing for strategic deals.

The buyer's logo (called Prospect logo in the app) is a per-room asset, set from the room itself. It does not affect your workspace branding.

Where to set it

  1. Open the room.
  2. In the left side panel, open the Design tab → Header.
  3. Click the Prospect logo circle.

The Add prospect logo modal opens with two tabs: Search brand and New resource.

Option 1 — Search brand (Brandfetch)

The fastest path. Katalyz uses Brandfetch to pull official logos automatically.

  1. In the modal, stay on the Search brand tab.
  2. Type the company name (e.g. danone).
  3. Pick the right entry from the suggestions — each one shows the brand name and its domain (danone.com, danonenorthamerica.com, …) so you can pick the matching entity.
  4. Click + to apply.

If Brandfetch doesn't have the company (smaller, private, no published logo), switch to New resource.

Option 2 — New resource (manual upload)

  1. In the modal, switch to the New resource tab.
  2. Click Choose image and pick a file from your computer.
  3. Use the Scale slider to adjust how the logo fits the circle.
  4. Click Apply.

Use SVG or transparent PNG when possible — they scale cleanly across the room.

Where the prospect logo shows up

Once set, the prospect logo appears in two places — each only if that surface is set to show it:

  • In the room header, top-left.
  • In the page cover, where you can also control its size, position and arrangement relative to your seller logo. See Page cover.
