Per-room theme
Every room has a Design tab in the left side panel where you can override the theme for that room only.
Today, the per-room theme override is just the color palette. The Design panel also exposes other page-wide groups (Section Defaults, Header, Typography) but those are not yet overridable per room — they follow workspace defaults. More per-room theme settings will land over time.
Note: the Design panel is now contextual. When you have a section or widget selected, the panel shows that selection's design controls at the top (Layout & corners, Spacing, Background, Border, Effects — see Styling sections and widgets). The page-wide settings — including the Color Palette — sit beneath them.
How theme inheritance works
Theme settings cascade from the workspace down to each room:
- Workspace Design — the org-level Design tab (set in your workspace settings) defines the defaults. Any new room or template you create inherits these settings out of the box. See Room themes.
- Template Design — when you create a room from a template, the room also inherits whatever was set in the template's own Design tab. Template-level settings take precedence over workspace defaults.
- Room Design — finally, you can override anything from inside the room itself. Room-level settings win over both template and workspace.
In short: workspace → template → room. The most specific level wins.
The seller logo is set at the workspace level only, and cannot be changed per room (see Brand assets). The buyer (prospect) logo is set per room — but that's a per-room asset, not a theme override (see Prospect logo).
The color palette
The palette is made of five colors:

Each color can be set via the swatch picker or by typing a hex value.
Overriding the theme on a room
- Open the room.
- In the left side panel, open the Design tab.
- Scroll past any selection-specific controls until you reach the Color Palette group (under the page-wide settings).
- Edit any of the five palette colors (swatch or hex input).
- Save.
Only this room is affected. The workspace and template themes are unchanged.
Note: there's currently no one-click "reset to workspace theme". If you need to revert, re-enter the workspace values manually.
