Adding and reordering pages and sections

Here's how to add, reorder, rename, and delete both pages and sections in a room.

Quick recap: a room contains pages (top-level, shown in the header), each page contains sections (visual groupings), each section contains widgets.

The Navigate tab

Structural operations on pages and sections happen in the Navigate tab — the first icon on the left sidebar's icon strip. It shows a tree view of every page and the sections inside each one.

(Widget-adding has moved out of the sidebar and into the floating bottom build bar — see Adding and reordering widgets.)

Pages

Add a page

  1. Open the room.
  2. At the top of the Navigate tab, click + New page.
  3. Enter a title.
  4. The new page is created and opened.

Reorder pages

Two ways:

  • From the Navigate tab — drag any page up or down the tree.
  • From the room header — drag pages directly in the top navigation where they're displayed to buyers.

Page order matters — buyers navigate left-to-right in the header. Put the most important pages first.

Rename a page

In the Navigate tab, double-click the page title and edit inline.

Delete a page

Hover the page in the Navigate tab → six-dot menu → Delete → confirm.

What happens to sections inside the page depends on whether they're unique to the page or shared:

  • Sections only present on this pagepermanently deleted along with the page and all their widgets. A confirmation popup explicitly warns you about these.
  • Sections shared with other pages — simply detached from this page; they remain on every other page they were added to. No data is lost.

If you're not sure, hide the page instead — see Hiding pages and sections from buyers.

Sections

Sections are visual groupings within a page.

Add a section

Three ways:

  • From the Navigate tab — click + New section directly under the target page in the tree.
  • From the floating build bar — click + Add section. A popover opens with up to three paths:
    • From scratch — pick a section type.
    • From a template — search and pick from your library of section templates (see Section templates).
    • With AI (only if AI is part of your plan) — describe what you want and let the AI generate the section. See [the AI block / AI section article].
  • From an existing section's menu — select a section, open its ⋮ More menu on the selection pill, then Add section above / Add section below.

Reorder sections

In the Navigate tab, drag the section up or down — either within its current page or into a different page.

Rename a section

In the Navigate tab, double-click the section title and edit inline.

Share a section across multiple pages

A section can live on more than one page at a time — the same section, not a copy. Useful when a single piece of content (a CTA, a contact widget, a legal clause) needs to appear across several pages of the room. Edit it once; it updates everywhere.

To add an existing section to another page:

  1. Select the section.
  2. On the selection pill, open the ⋮ More menu → Add to page.
  3. Pick the target page(s).

The section is now referenced by multiple pages — not duplicated. Editing any widget inside it changes the content wherever it appears.

Delete a section

Two entry points:

  • From the Navigate tab — hover the section → six-dot menu → Delete.
  • From the selection pill — select the section → ⋮ MoreDelete.

If the section appears on multiple pages, a confirmation popup asks:

  • Remove from this page only — the section stays on the other pages it's shared with.
  • Delete completely — removes the section from every page it was on (permanent).

For what happens to sections when you delete their parent page, see Delete a page above.

Typical page setups

Sales proposal

Overview → Solution → Pricing → Case studies → Next steps → Contract

Mutual action plan

Goals → Stakeholders → Timeline → Tasks → Resources

QBR

Recap → Metrics → Wins → Challenges → Roadmap → Next quarter

Onboarding

Welcome → Your team → Implementation plan → Resources → Training

Design & layout

Each selected section has a Design chip on its selection pill. Clicking it opens the Design panel, which shows that section's design controls (Layout & corners, Spacing, Background, Cover, Border, Effects) at the top, above the global page settings. See Styling sections and widgets.
