Introduction to widgets
Widgets are the building blocks of every Katalyz room. Each widget does one thing well — display text, embed a video, collect a signature, let a buyer book a slot — and is designed to look right out of the box with your branding applied.
How widgets are organized
The widget catalog is grouped by purpose:

Adding a widget
- Open the room — by default you're in edit mode and can already select and tweak existing widgets directly.
- Find the widget on the floating build bar at the bottom of the editor. The primary row holds the eight most-used ones — Text · Bento · Image · Video · Document · Step · Field · Link — and the ⌄ All widgets popover lists everything else.
- Drag it onto the target section, then configure its content inline (or in its config panel for widgets with options).
Every widget can be:
- Reordered (drag).
- Duplicated — select the widget, click the ⋮ More chip on the selection pill, then Duplicate.
- Deleted — same path: selection pill → ⋮ More → Delete.
