Your Home page and AI assistant

Home is the first entry in the left sidebar: a daily briefing built around the Katalyz assistant. It greets you, sums up your day and lets you ask anything about your workspace — or run one of four ready-made flows.

What you land on

Home greets you by name — "Welcome back, Charles" — followed by a line that sizes up your day: how many meetings today and how many actions are due this week, then the invitation to ask something.

An Edit button beside the Home title lets you rearrange the page.

The composer

One field, below the title: "Ask anything about your workspace…". It takes up to 12,000 characters, with the counter on the right and the send button at the end.

Three chips underneath start the most common requests without typing:

A digest of the day's meetings

Below the composer, a standing reminder: "AI can make mistakes. Check important info." The assistant's answers are a starting point, not a source to quote unread.

The two cards

  • Today's meetings — your meetings for the day, with an All meetings link. When there are none: No meetings today.
  • Recent visits — who has been in your rooms: visitor name, date and the room concerned. All activity opens the full log.

That is the whole page: what is waiting for you today, and who came by recently. Everything else — actions, messages, room health — lives in its own page in the sidebar.
