Your dashboard tour

When you log in, you land on the Rooms dashboard — the list of every room you have access to, with KPI cards at the top. It's both your home page and your main workspace view.

Left sidebar — main navigation

At the top:

  • Account menu — click your workspace name (e.g. Katalyz) to open a menu with:
    • Your signed-in email
    • Account settings — your personal profile, notifications, meetings, language, security
    • Workspace settings — workspace-level config (Admins only)
    • Data settings — custom objects, field mappings, CRM sync
    • Sign out
  • + New room — create a new room

Below that, the main navigation:

  • Rooms — the rooms dashboard (your home page)
  • Deals — pipeline view of deals linked to your rooms
  • Contacts — people you've added or synced from your CRM
  • Accounts — companies you're working with
  • Meetings — your scheduled and past meetings, and their associated recordings
  • Templates — room templates + section templates
  • Library — reusable files, links, and media shared across your workspace
  • Analytics — cross-room engagement and pipeline reporting

At the bottom:

  • Invite user — add a new member to your workspace
  • Help icon (?) — opens the help center

Top bar

Across the top of the page:

  • Credits indicators — your workspace's remaining credits for add-on modules (Signature, Intelligence, Enrichment). The red badge flags when credits are running low.
  • User menu — your name, role, and profile avatar. Click for account-level shortcuts.

Views

Above the rooms list, tabs let you switch between saved views:

  • Rooms — the default view of all rooms
  • My rooms — only rooms you own or participate in
  • + Add view — create a custom view with your own filters, sort, and columns

KPI cards

At the top of the Rooms page, a row of KPI cards gives you a pulse on your pipeline:

  • Total rooms — every room in your scope, with a trend indicator (↑ or ↓ vs. prior period)
  • Open rooms — rooms whose stage isn't closed (Won / Lost / equivalent)
  • Invitees per room (average) — how many participants the typical room has
  • % of active rooms — share of rooms with recent buyer activity
  • % of active invitees — share of invited buyers who actually engaged
  • Global health score — aggregate health (0–100) across all your rooms, from the Katalyz Intelligence module

Click any card to drill into the underlying data.

Rooms table

The main table lists every room you have access to. Default columns:

Name

The room's title (e.g. Katalyz × Acme)

Company

The linked account (CRM synced or entered manually)

Owner

The room's Owner (with avatar)

Participants

Click any room row to open it. Click + New room (top-right of the main area, or in the left sidebar) to create one.

Search, sort, filter

Top-right of the rooms table:

  • Search bar — by room name or associated company
  • Column/display controls — toggle which columns show
  • Sort — by last updated, creation date, alphabetical, etc.
  • Filter — by owner, participation, deal stage, health, and more

At the bottom of the table: pagination (e.g. 25 / 1198) to navigate through large room lists.

What you see depends on your role

Your org role determines which rooms you see:

  • Admin — every room in the workspace
  • Pro — rooms they created + rooms they've been invited to
  • Basic — only rooms they've been explicitly invited to
