Workspace-level analytics
While each room has its own Activity tab, the Analytics page gives you a workspace-wide view across every room you have access to.
Opening Analytics
Click Analytics in the left sidebar of the org-level dashboard.
At the top of the page you'll find:
- A time-range dropdown (default: Last 30 days; also Last 7 days, Last 3 months, Last 12 months) — scopes every metric, KPI, chart, and table on the page.
- A Filters button — one popover with a search box and three collapsible groups: Template, Team and User. Tick as many values as you like; a badge on the button counts the active filters, and Clear resets them.
- + Add Chart — open the preset-chart picker to add a new chart to your dashboard (see below).

Analytics is a reporting page only — there is no Ask AI and no AI assistant inside it. To ask the assistant about a deal, open a room and use the Ask AI launcher there.
KPI cards
Six headline metrics pinned at the top, each with a trend indicator comparing the current range against the previous comparable period:
- Rooms Created — new rooms in the selected range
- Active Rooms — rooms with recent activity in the range
- External Engagement — % of room activity coming from external participants (buyers)
- Avg Participants / Room — average number of distinct participants per active room
- Returning Visitors — % of external visitors who came back at least once
- Avg Time Spent (External) — average session duration for external participants

Charts
The dashboard ships with a default set of charts. Each chart card has a ⋮ More menu (top-right) that opens its configuration panel — Metric, Primary Breakdown, Secondary Breakdown (Optional) and Visualization. Choosing By Custom Field as a breakdown reveals a Select Custom Field picker underneath it. To remove a chart, use the ✕ at the card's top-right corner.
The defaults you'll typically see:
- Dealrooms Created — bar chart of rooms created per period
- Invitations Performance — line chart of invitations sent and accepted over time
- Active Rooms Trend — line chart of active rooms over time
- Rooms Distribution — donut chart of rooms by deal stage (Prospecting / Qualification / Proposal / Negotiation / Closed Won / Closed Lost)

Adding charts to your dashboard
Click + Add Chart (top-right of the page) to open the preset-chart picker. Available presets include:
- Dealrooms Created
- Invitations Performance
- Active Rooms Trend
- Rooms Distribution
- Conversion Funnel
- Engagement Metrics
Each preset card shows the metrics and views it includes. Click + to add it to your dashboard.

Lets you see which templates your team actually reaches for, which ones convert, and which ones to retire.

Resources Performance
A leaderboard of the most-viewed resources embedded across your rooms, with the same breakdown dropdown — By Period (default), By Team or By Custom Field. Columns:
Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
Resource | The asset name (document, presentation, spreadsheet, video, etc.) |
Type |
|
Views | Total views across all rooms |
Downloads | How many times the resource was downloaded |
Shares | How many times the resource was shared externally |
This is how you find out which content is actually pulling its weight.
