Your organization profile
Your organization profile is the top-level identity of your Katalyz workspace — the name and domain your team operates under. It's set once by an admin and applies to every room in the workspace.

Access the settings
Go to Settings → General.

Organization logo
The logo that appears in your workspace UI and, by default, in every room. Click the logo to upload or replace.
- Upload — click the logo placeholder, choose an image.
- Crop — use the drag-and-scale interface to frame it inside a circle (Katalyz uses circular logo display in most contexts).
- Remove — hover the logo and click the red ✕.
This workspace logo is your seller logo. It applies to every room and cannot be overridden per room. If you need a buyer's logo on a specific room, that's a separate per-room asset — see Prospect logo.
Organization name *
The name of your company, displayed in your UI and on buyer-facing pages as your brand.
Associated domains
The email domains that identify members of your organization. Used to auto-match invited users and enforce domain-based authorization when you share rooms with Authorized emails only.
Typical setup: one primary domain (yourcompany.com). Add more if you have multiple brand domains.
Tone of voice
Sets a default writing tone for AI-assisted content (AI-generated summaries, auto-drafted widgets). Two options:
- Casual — friendly, conversational
- Formal — precise, corporate
Pick what matches how your team already writes to buyers.
Country
Your organization's country of operation. Affects default currency formatting and some regional behaviors.
Saving changes
When you change any field, a "You have unsaved changes" bar appears at the bottom. Click Save changes to apply, or Cancel to revert.
⚠️ Changes to your organization profile apply to all your rooms — including live ones your buyers are viewing right now. If you're updating the logo or name, preview a room first to make sure it still looks right.
