• Your personal profile

  Your personal profile is how you show up to buyers and teammates. It powers the Contact widget in rooms, the author attribution on comments, and the "your team" sections in buyer-facing views. Your profile settings affect only you. Workspace-wide branding is managed separately by Admins — see Brand assets. • Connecting your email

  Connecting your personal email (Google or Microsoft 365) lets Katalyz handle scheduling, calendar sync, and email threading directly from your account. ⚠️ Only available if your workspace is on the Premium plan and your admin has enabled the relevant email integration.   Your meeting settings control how the Katalyz notetaker behaves when you have calls — whether it joins, what it's named, and how transcripts get summarized. ⚠️ Katalyz Recording is included in the Premium plan.   Katalyz adapts to how you read and write — your preferred language, and how you expect dates, times, and numbers to be displayed. Access language settings Open your profile settings and go to the Language & formats section. You'll find two groups: Langue (language picker) and Format (date / time / number format pickers). Security

• Security & sessions

  Katalyz takes a few simple security precautions to keep your account safe, and gives you control over session management and account deletion. Access security settings Go to Settings → Security. Log out from all sessions If you logged into Katalyz on a device you no longer trust (shared laptop, old phone, public computer), or you suspect your account may have been accessed: Go to Settings → Security.
